We are located in Jio World Centre, Bandra Kurla Complex which is well-connected to all the major landmarks in Mumbai. You can also park in Jio World Centre for a fee. You can drive in from Gate 11 for four-wheelers and Gate 5 for two-wheelers. If you are simply walking in, enter through Gate 16. Get more details and the Google Map route here.
The Fountain of Joy shows are free on regular days and can be enjoyed at a nominal entry fee on special days. Please log on to our website to know more and book your e-pass.
Food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue. If required, you may bring a small bottle of water. Water and refreshments are available at the venue.

The Dhirubhai Ambani Square is fully wheelchair accessible. Please notify our stall at the entrance or call us prior to the show on 022 3570 8999. We will be happy to provide a wheelchair.

To view our show schedule, please visit our Schedule section. Our gates open 60 minutes prior and close 10 minutes before the show time.
Late entry is not permitted. Entry will be at managements discretion.

We recommend that you arrive at least 60 minutes prior to the show, to allow for the security and safety checks at the entrance. Our entry gates close 10 minutes prior to the show.
The show lasts approximately 30 minutes.

Occasionally, however, there could be days when weather-related technical issues make it impossible for us to host a show. In such situations, you will be notified as soon as possible on your registered email or phone number. We also publish all show cancellations on our website.

While we love animals, to ensure an optimal experience for our guests and in interest of our furry friends, pets are not allowed at the Dhirubhai Ambani Square.

The Fountain of Joy show is a free-standing show. Although there are no designated standing areas, arriving early will almost certainly guarantee you a good viewing spot.
